One-Stop Service for Buyers

Four stages, one advisor. I'm with you at every step, so nothing falls between the cracks.

  1. 01

    Valuation & Planning

We start with what you actually need, confirm your financing with a mortgage professional, and narrow the search to the two or three areas that fit your budget and life.

  2. 02

    Contracts & Negotiation

I check each home's condition and price against recent comparable sales, prepare and explain the contract of purchase and sale, and negotiate on your behalf.

  3. 03

    Through to Closing

I work with your lender, inspector and lawyer or notary, review strata documents, and make sure every subject is cleared before completion day.

  4. 04

    After-Sale Support

If problems come up after you move in, I help you look at the facts, check the relevant rules and find a real solution — for your home and for settling into daily life.

What We'll Weigh Together

No home is ever 100% perfect. The goal is a property that meets most of what really matters to you, at a price and on terms that make sense. Before we tour, we look at:

  • Size & Location

House, townhouse or condo — and which city and neighbourhood.

  • School Catchment

Elementary or secondary, public or private, and programs like AP or IB.

  • Transit

Distance to SkyTrain and bus stops, and how it fits your commute.

  • Shopping & Amenities

Groceries, restaurants, parks and community centres nearby.

  • Community & Safety

The character of the neighbourhood and how safe it feels — things a floor plan can't show you.
